Jermaine Haywood

Jermaine Haywood is a Savannah native who grew up on the Westside and now lives in Port Wentworth. He brings something no resume can offer: a big personality and a bigger heart. He is a greeter, a thinker, and an optimist with a gift for drawing people in. Jermaine has been matched with incoming board member Reah Carpenter since June 2024, and their relationship has grown into a genuine kinship that speaks to the heart of Citizen Advocacy. He was invited to join the board because his perspective, warmth, and voice will keep our work grounded in what matters most.
